Payment of your booking fee confirms your booking. If a deposit is not received, your date and times will not be held for you. All deposits paid are non refundable and not transferable. The amount of the deposit is subtracted from the balance owing on the wedding day. In the unlikely event I have to cancel your booking after you have paid a deposit, I will make my best endeavors to find a replacement make-up artist for you and will promptly refund your deposit in full.
Payment can be by cash or direct deposit. Cash payments need to be paid on the wedding day. If payment is via direct deposit, all funds MUST be received in my account by the last business day before the wedding date. Please use your name and wedding date as the reference, i wold hate to confuse your payment for someone elses.
Travel, early start, public holidays or a travel fee may be applicable to your booking. When traveling outside of the Illawarra, a travel fee may apply depending on the travel distance and the number of makeups required. This fee is calculated on an hourly rate and is applicable to the time it takes to travel to your location and back home again. For this purpose the Illawarra is defined as the area from Kiama to Stanwell Park.
If within 6 weeks of the wedding date the makeup numbers decrease from the original numbers booked, I reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for each makeup cancelled.
Please notify me beforehand if you know that you have particular sensitivities. If you are allergic to an ingredient but don't know what that ingredient is, I can not be held responsible for any kind of reaction. To be safe you are more than welcome to bring your own makeup products that you are familiar with, and I will happily use them.
As a safeguard, can you please contact me (preferably via email or SMS) to reconfirm your final wedding day details on the Monday before your wedding. This ensures (in the unlikely event of data failure or human error) that if there are any discrepancies they can be rectified in advanced.
