—  A little about me, my makeup experience and my thoughts about makeup

It all started back in 2002…

I have been working as a professional makeup artist for over 19 years now. I love what I do and I'm passionate about creating beautiful makeups. I have been lucky enough to work in many aspects of the makeup industry.  Starting out in TV in Canberra doing commercials and news readers to working for M.A.C cosmetics in Sydney.  At M.A.C I worked several Mercedes Benz fashion weeks over the years, along with other PR jobs.  Other areas of work include advertising campaigns, published editorials, fashion look books and of course the wedding industry.  It's all this experience that I bring to you on your wedding day.  You deserve to look and feel your best!

My favourite style of makeup is glowing no makeup makeup.  It doesn't need to be heavy to look great in your photos.  It's about looking and feeling like a more polished version of yourself.  Glowing skin, gorgeous eyes whether you like something soft or something smokier.  Full lashes, soft cheeks, a glossy lip (or matt if you prefer) and feeling like you don't have much on.

The products I use have stood the test of time.  I know they last and they are quality professional brands.  Some of them you will recognise like MAC, NARS and Makeup Forever.  Others you may not have heard of like RCMA, Face Atelier and ElemenTwo.  The products a makeup artist chooses to use are an important part of the job.  But the most important skill to have is the expertise and experience to use them appropriately for each individual client.  No two people are alike.  It is this skill of knowing when to and when not to use products/techniques on your client, that sets a professional makeup artist apart from others.  You only get these skills from working in makeup industry for many years.

If you are looking to be pampered on your wedding day, you love a natural looking makeup and a calm friendly makeup artist then I would love to be part of your day.  You can contact me anytime via email, phone, txt or the contact form on this website.  If you just have some questions I'm more than happy to answer them.

I look forward to talking with you!
